How do I pay?
We accept most major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover through secure online payments provider.

How long does it take to receive my jerseys?
All orders with are shipped within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment and will take approximately 10-14 days to arrive. A tracking code will be given upon shipment for your convenience of checking the delivery status online. However the delivery time frame of your parcel will varies and subject  to the stock availability when time of placing order.

Note: For customized items will take additional 2 working days to prepare and is non-returnable nor refundable.

How much is the shipping charges?
Shipping charges within USA and Canada is $6 regardless of the quantity you purchased and we don't charge anything for handling. For shipping other than USA and Canada, please contact us for the shipping cost before placing your order.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the jersey upon receipt, send it back to us within 7 days in it's original packaging and we'll issue a full refund after inspection of the returned merchandise. However, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

IMPORTANT: Please note that full refund is not applicable if the jersey is worn.

How can I cancel my item?
Please inform us that you want your item canceled by emailing us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order after it's already shipped?
If an order has been shipped out it cannot be canceled.

Can I refuse delivery on my item(s)?
We strongly discourage you from doing this. Because if you refuse delivery on your item(s), you will not be refunded shipping charges, inclusive of the return shipping cost.

On top of that, there is a very high tendency that the goods may be damaged during the shipment back without repackaging. If the item(s) is damage upon returning to us, the cost for replacement will not be refunded as well. Kindly do not place an order if you have no intention of buying.

What should I do if the product I receive is damaged?
If your product was damaged in shipping, do not initiate a claim with the carrier service. Sign for the item if the damage is minimal, but refuse the delivery if the damage is extensive.

Save the box the item was shipped in (if you accepted the delivery) and the Purchase Order number, which will help us send you a new replacement

Send any photos you can take of the damaged part and email it to us, and either email or call us about the damaged item. We will promptly send you a replacement.

I refused delivery on an item. Am I responsible for any fees?
You will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Return & Exchange
We offers a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 7 days of your delivery date if the following conditions are met:

1. Returned items must be completely new in saleable condition.
We WILL NOT accept returns and/or exchanges if there is evidence that the shirts have been worn or washed. reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated herein.

2. A return authorization number must accompany all returns and exchanges.
To return a product, you must contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. If a return authorization number is not obtained prior to returning the package, the return may not be accepted.

4. Defective products will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange only.
We will accept a defective products within 14 days. After 14 days,the damage will usually be considered normal wear and tear associated with athletic shoes.

Return for Exchange
If you are returning for exchange,

please email for your return authorization number and to order your exchange item. Ordering your exchange item will better ensure availability. We will refund your purchase price once we receive your return. If you choose not to order, you still have to email to obtain a return authorization number.

Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to us. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.

Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund. will issue a refund less the cost of the original free shipping, and we will notify you by email about your refund.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We recommend using an insured parcel service such as UPS or USPS for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.
